And, 1 out of 3 seniors in the U.S. will be diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or some other form of dementia. Memory and Thinking Skills

  • Repeating questions within a short period of time
  • Gets lost more easily
  • Forgets to take medications
  • Loses track when speaking
  • Forgets commons words

Emotions and Social Life

  • Loses interest in things they once loved
  • Uses profanity more often
  • Uncharacteristically aggressive behavior
  • Paranoid thoughts or suspicions

Personal Care

  • Problems going to the bathroom
  • Skips bathing
  • Can’t figure out what to wear
  • Does not pick up after themselves
